This lead wire you will need if your factory wire has been damaged due to clipping or too much power, If it has wire damage due to plain below box on the underside or if it was previously cut by you or someone else.
This is only for 8 inches of four conductor lead wire. You will either need to reuse your factory coil collar or you can purchase a replacement from and you will need to renew your factory spring terminal plate.
